What we do and don't promise
- We don't guarantee you a job, an interview, or that any employer will contact you.
- We don't employ you. Any employment relationship is between you and the employer.
- We don't set pay, terms, or conditions. Those are the employer's.
- We do promise every brief carries a pay range given to us by the employer and the date we last confirmed it.
Using this site
Give us accurate information. Don't submit anyone else's details without their permission, don't scrape the site, and don't use it to send unsolicited marketing to anyone.
Never pay anyone
Our service is free to candidates. We will never ask you for money, bank details, or a Social Security number before you are hired and on an employer's payroll. If anyone does so in our name, report it immediately.
Third-party employers
We check that employers who brief us are real businesses with real openings. We are not responsible for their hiring decisions, their conduct, or the accuracy of what they tell you once contact is made.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including lost earnings or missed opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
